Administration:

1. I hope to reach the younger generation in schools with a fresh attitude of love and acceptance of all cultures and partiulary Africans and African Americans, by exhibiting my art show, symbolizing the positive, powerful beauty of these amazingly creative, industrious, dramatic and colorful people andto encourage respect to an African American culture whose ancestors have showed America what freedom REALLY IS : The underground railroad history documents a people who broke the abuse cycle of slavery in America. Their self respect and longing to live FREE is but One dominate trait of respected humanity. African Americans can be honored for the astounding contribution to the foundation of freedom that their ancestors gave America. The art show is titled "From Africa to America, a circle of love and respect".

2, To give children (and families) through the school art show, the opportunity to experience the joy of humanitarian work, to have an experience of supporting orphan children in a 3rd world country. This can be an opportunity for teachers to streamline other class work around the theme of Africa.
